This Privacy Policy describes how SnapHabit ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the SnapHabit mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

SnapHabit is designed with privacy in mind. All habit data you create — including habit names, completion records, streaks, and SnapCoins — is stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect:

Your name or email address
Your location
Your contacts or phonebook
Any photos or media
Any usage analytics or tracking data

2. In-App Purchases

SnapHabit offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("SnapHabit Pro") processed entirely through Google Play In-App Billing. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information directly. All payment data is handled by Google Play. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles your payment information.

3. Notifications

If you choose to enable habit reminders, the App uses your device's local notification system. No data is sent to external servers for this purpose. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any personal information with third parties. The optional "Share" feature in SnapHabit Pro generates an image on your device that you can choose to share through apps of your choice. This sharing is entirely at your discretion and we do not receive any data from it.

5. Data Storage and Security

All App data is stored locally on your device using Android's standard secure storage mechanisms. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted. We do not maintain any backup of your data on external servers.

6. Children's Privacy

SnapHabit is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
